  • Shipping to USA, Canada, Australia, Israel, Turkey, UAE and most other countries in the world
  • We do not ship to: Russia, Belarus, countries under UN/EU/US sanctions

Types of delivery

  • Standard shipping — Postal and courier services (Deutsche Post, DHL, DPD, PostNL, etc.)
    Average time: 4-9 working days in the EU, 8-20 - internationally.
  • Express delivery — Priority courier services (DHL Express, UPS, FedEx)
    Delivery time: 1-4 business days, depends on the country and address.

The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout order's.

Order processing and packaging

  • Orders paid before 14:00 CET are shipped on the same business day. day (Mon-Fri).

Is it possible to change the address after sending?
It is not possible to change the address after receiving the track number. Before sending — write as soon as possible to support.
What should I do if the package is delayed?
Delays are possible due to public holidays or customs work, especially outside the EU. If the delivery takes longer than the standard delivery time, write to us with the order number and the track.
What does free shipping include?
Free shipping is valid only for standard mail by countries of the European Union with an order amount over 120 €. Express delivery is available for an additional fee.
Can I receive the order in person?
Pickup is not carried out in Berlin or representative offices. All Purchases are sent only by mail/courier.
How can I make a refund or a replacement?
You can return the unopened item within 14 days after receiving.
